We want you to love your Girls Crew pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items like earrings may be subject to specific return conditions.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your jewelry in its original packaging, including all pouches and boxes, to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
